Are you a motivated, independent clinician looking for a practice that values both autonomy and community? Snow Lake Counseling, a boutique private practice in Logan Square, is looking for you. This is more than just a job; it's a chance to build your dream caseload in a supportive, sex-positive environment. We offer true hybrid flexibility, blending the freedom of remote work with collaborative, in-person days at our welcoming office. We aren't an isolating "room rental" practice; we are a connected team that invests in each other through engaging group supervision, insightful case consultations, and fun, in-person team-building events. We're looking for a collaborative colleague with a fresh perspective and a passion for supporting a diverse clientele. While sex therapy certification isn't required, being comfortable and affirming when addressing sexuality is essential, as is a genuine desire to contribute to our vibrant team dynamic and grow with us.

  • Full-time: maintain availability of 30+ hours a week with the expectation of keeping a caseload of at least 25 clients a week for full-time

  • Basic scheduling for recurring appointments

  • Complete progress notes and treatment plans within 24 hours of the client session.

  • Experience in providing relationship/couples therapy in a clinical setting or a willingness to learn

  • Strong foundational training in treating relational concerns using a trauma-informed lens

  • Current availability includes 1–2 weeknights or one weekend day, with a preference for at least one in-person day.

  • Experience working with gender expansive and sexually diverse individuals, including but not limited to the LGBTQIIA+, Polyam/CNM and BDSM/kink communities

  • Basic computer skills and general comfort using technology. We use Google Docs and Simple Practice

  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet work-from-home environment for virtual days

Benefits:

  • W-2 position with flat rate fee structure: $50 for LPC and $60 for LCPC/LCSW.

    • Compensation is based on professional experience, years of practice, and specialized training and certifications.

  • Bi-weekly pay model with direct deposit.

  • Weekly supervision for provisionally licensed clinicians.

  • Professional photoshoot for a refreshed headshot, featured on our website and company Instagram.

  • SimplePractice EHR, professional email address, and Psychology Today profile provided.

  • We believe in building strong connections beyond the desk. That's why we offer regular in-person bonding opportunities, from shared learning at educational events to fun and relaxation at potlucks, holiday parties, and team outings.

Full-time Benefits:

  • Yearly continuing education stipend of $200 for full-time employees.

  • Secure your future with our 401(k) plan! Enjoy a generous 3.5% employer match to help you grow your savings faster. Eligibility begins after just 60 days, and you’ll be fully vested in only two years—setting you up for long-term success.
