Individual Therapy
We work collaboratively to help you achieve your therapeutic goals, using evidence-based techniques to equip you with the tools needed to address your concerns and enhance your quality of life. Our approach focuses on navigating current life stressors, addressing sexual health concerns, regulating emotions, and processing trauma to foster healing.
-
Sex Therapy
In our work together, weāll explore self-awareness, foster sexual agency, and clarify your sexual values. Most sex therapy interventions are rooted in cognitive-behavioral techniques, focusing on how thoughts and behaviors shape emotions and experiences. It's important to note that sex therapy is a talk-based processāthere is no nudity or sexual activity during sessions.
-
Couples and Relational Therapy
We partner with you to co-create the fulfilling relationship you deserve, one that may have been affected by infidelity, trauma, or everyday stressors. Together, weāll explore tailored solutions that align with your personal goals, while strengthening relational skills like open communication, empathy, desire, connection, pleasure, and play.
