  • Individual Therapy

We work collaboratively to help you achieve your therapeutic goals, using evidence-based techniques to equip you with the tools needed to address your concerns and enhance your quality of life. Our approach focuses on navigating current life stressors, addressing sexual health concerns, regulating emotions, and processing trauma to foster healing.

  • Sex Therapy

In our work together, we’ll explore self-awareness, foster sexual agency, and clarify your sexual values. Most sex therapy interventions are rooted in cognitive-behavioral techniques, focusing on how thoughts and behaviors shape emotions and experiences. It's important to note that sex therapy is a talk-based process—there is no nudity or sexual activity during sessions.

  • Couples and Relational Therapy

We partner with you to co-create the fulfilling relationship you deserve, one that may have been affected by infidelity, trauma, or everyday stressors. Together, we’ll explore tailored solutions that align with your personal goals, while strengthening relational skills like open communication, empathy, desire, connection, pleasure, and play.

  • Group Therapy

Group therapy is a powerful way to receive support—not just from a therapist, but from others who truly understand your experience. It helps reduce feelings of isolation by fostering a sense of community and shared understanding. Participants also build valuable skills like emotional regulation, healthy communication, distress tolerance, and self-compassion, all while supporting and being supported by others on similar journeys
